Replicating Reese

I do all to, fall in love with a juice like you, but you can't run and you cant hide, and you and me are gonna touch the sky. A little bit of Reese on your side and a little bit of juice makes me your man.

It is not unknown that all the anti-aging beauties are drinking green smoothies. Even Martha Stewart has tossed her name in the hat as using this technique in her daily routine. The following mock tail, as in yes alcoholic, but also a literal replica and mock up is from Reese Witherspoons swear by smoothie. At first glance how on earth does anyone have the prep time for this and then it hits you that its rinsing and chopping, the blender does the rest. It is extremely easy.


If you watch Reese's videos for her daily power drink she will show you how she does it and her preference. Those who have paved this path before will add seeds and flair which I also have chosen to toss in. One needs all the health benefits they can. For those that have not read as to the benefits of this a few include, hello you just ate fruits and vegetables instead of a breakfast pizza, hooray for you, and also it staves off your hungry while hydrating your bod.


Give me the goods/What do you need

1 apple

1 pear

1 banana

1 lemon rind removed, seeds kept

1/2 cup coconut water

2 cups romaine


off book sprinkle of love things, spinach, flax & chia seeds, greek yogurt


Rinse all product, even the outside of lemons. As a knife cuts into fruit the knife can transfer contaminents into the fruit from the peel so always safely wash all fruits, no matter what kind, to be on the safe side.

Rinse, chop, blend (and generously blend 3 minutes to crush up the lemon seeds and find you way to smoothness)

With a knock off blender, do not fill so high, do a little at a time! Blend as your device can allow until you reach a healthful healing concoction. I would recommend some ice cubes or chilling the beverage for an hour in the fridge prior to enjoyment.

Then all that is left to do is admire your creation and wonder why you didnt just make a salad with these ingredients for lunch when you are already attempting intermittent fasting. I think that the whole lemon is what packs the power punch and why this is a reliable green smoothie.

With that powerful lemon as the hero again, the smoothie had staying power in the fridge. The drink was enjoyable day two.
